Shipping and Returns
Almost everything we sell is fragile. So we take extra care to make sure your order gets to you safely. Our glasses are individually wrapped to protect the stems. For the longer stems, we also add a second layer of cardboard wrapping. The box is then bubble wrapped, placed into a shipping box where more cushioning is added. Then the box is ready to be shipped to you. This may seem like overkill and you will probably end up with a lot of packaging material to throw away, but we really want you to be able to enjoy your new glasses and we want everything to arrive undamaged. So please enjoy your glassware and consider recycling the packaging material.
Most orders ship within 24-48 hours, except weekends and holidays. However, some items do take longer to ship because they are personalized or special order items. If the item takes longer to ship, we will let you know on the item page.
Orders over $39 qualify for free shipping. Free shipping is considered a discount and cannot be combined with any other discount or applied to previous orders. Free shipping offers are only valid within the 48 contiguous US States, and all items must ship to a single address. Please be aware that if you choose to return an item shipped with free shipping our outbound ground shipping charges will be deducted from your return refund. Oversized, heavy, or special order items may incur additional shipping charges if noted on the item's page.
If you've decided you don't like what you ordered after receiving it in your home a couple of weeks, no problem. In order to return your item, please email or call us. We will send you a return address label. You will receive a full refund for your item(s) less shipping charges.
Please be aware that if you choose to return an item shipped with free shipping our outbound ground shipping charges as well as the cost of the return label will be deducted from your return refund.
Questions? Call or email us. Unfortunately, if an order has already been processed, we will not be able to accept cancellations or changes to orders. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy, where round-trip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Broken Items
Despite our best efforts to over-protect our products, damage in shipping can occur. So, if you have received a damaged or broken item, please let us know right away so we can make it right. We offer free replacements on items damaged in-transit; we just ask that you report all damage within 15 days of receiving the item so a claim can be filed with the shipping carrier. If your item was damaged in-transit, or has a manufacturer defect that inhibits the normal function of the item, we will happily send you a replacement free of charge; just follow the directions above to get a prompt replacement. Replacements are generally sent out the following business day after you notify us of the damage, and arrive to you 3-5 business days later. If the item is no longer available or a replacement cannot be sent, you will be refunded the item cost and the original shipping charges. Products that are returned back that are claimed to be defective, are tested, and found not to be defective will be refunded less the to-and-from shipping charges.
Bad Address / Unauthorized Returns
Occasionally, shipping services are not able to deliver a package due to an address that was entered incorrectly when the order was placed, or a package that was refused at the door. When these packages are returned to our warehouse, we will make up to four attempts by email and phone to contact the purchaser, and obtain an alternate delivery address. Personalized items that have been returned to us cannot be resold. Therefore, if we do not get a response to our communications within 30 days, merchandise will be donated to charity, and no refund will be issued. Items refused will be subject to the cost of return shipping.
